Terms of use and booking – Pernera Rides
1. General

1.2. These terms govern use of the website, online bookings and rental of vehicles (ATVs, scooters, buggies, bicycles and others).
2. Bookings
2.1. Bookings can be made online, by phone or in person.
2.2. Online bookings require a completed form, acceptance of these terms and an online deposit (Stripe/Revolut). The balance is paid on site.
2.3. Cancellations less than 48 hours before rental start are non-refundable.
3. Rental conditions
3.1. Renters must be at least 18 and hold valid licences where required.
3.2. Vehicles must be returned on time and in good condition. A deposit may apply.
3.3. GPS-equipped vehicles must stay within the permitted area (approx. 10 km). Off-road riding is prohibited unless stated otherwise.
4. Delivery
4.1. Free delivery within 10 km may be available to hotels, airports or apartments when shown in the booking form.
5. Payments
5.1. Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
6. Privacy
6.1. Personal data is processed to fulfil bookings. Controller: Obidos Ltd, Pernera, Cyprus.
